Our Returns Promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may log a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received.

• Original packaging must be intact.

• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:

1. Email support@1vendor.co.za with your Order Number.

2. We will arrange a courier to collect the item from you.

3. Once inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 working days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
